Can't understand Republican mind

I guess I will never understand the Republican mind. Bill Starr says in his Aug. 8 letter to the editor that Barack Obama is not qualified to be president because he is a baby boomer? And the mainstream media is getting his name into the letters column? He is not qualified because Bill Clinton committed adultery? Oh! yes, one more thing, no one who learns a second language should be elected?
 
While we are throwing rocks, let me say, Hogan's goat could do a better job as commander in chief than George Bush. If you don't believe me, ask the parents of some of the more than 4,000 young lives that were lost protecting "big oil interests."
 
Maybe Obama will be man enough to say, "hey, we made a mistake" and walk away. Iraq is a sovereign nation and can take care of their own business.
 
Then, we can raise the taxes on the middle class again to pay for Bush's mistake.
